Services

If it runs from the
manifold back —
we build it.

Removing it, modifying it, fabricating it, welding it, fitting it, or changing the way it sounds. All of it happens on the lift and the welding table here.

The complete custom stainless system fitted under a car on the lift, running from the front section past the ADT-badged resonator and out to the rear.

01

Custom Exhaust Systems

Built for the car in front of us, not pulled off a shelf.

Every system is measured, cut, bent and welded in the workshop, then fitted and checked on the lift. Stainless throughout, finished with our own laser-cut plate.

  • Mandrel bends
  • TIG welded
  • Stainless
A finished stainless downpipe on the workshop floor, with braided flex section, TIG-welded seams and threaded sensor bungs.

02

Downpipe

Fabricated to fit the turbo and the car.

Made up with a braided flex section and threaded sensor bungs, welded and trial-fitted before it goes on for good.

The same car after the work: factory silencers removed and straight stainless pipework run to the quad tips.

03

Straightpipe

Silencers out, pipework straight through.

The factory rear section comes off and a straight-through run is fabricated to the tips.

A fitted Z-Pipe seen from below on the lift: the two pipes run down over the heat shield into a stainless merge section carrying a laser-cut ADT plate.

04

Z-Pipe

Offset routing, built on the table.

A rear section laid out, tacked and welded as one piece, with its stepped routing and branch worked around the car.

  • Bench built
  • One piece

05

Valvetronic

Two exhausts in one car.

Valves and actuators built into the system so the note can be opened up or shut down on demand.

  • Actuators
  • Sound control

06

Exhaust Tips

The part everyone actually sees.

Polished, black or carbon tips sized and aligned to the bumper, then welded on square.

Stage 1 / 2 / 3

Software to match the hardware.

Staged tuning to suit what has actually been fitted to the car.

Removed factory filter and catalytic units on the floor, one cut open to show the substrate, beside the newly fabricated replacement pipe.

EGR / DPF / AdBlue

Removal and related work.

Filter and valve work carried out where it is legally permitted for the vehicle and its intended use. Ask us about your car before booking.

Feature build

Z-Pipe.

A rear section built as one piece on the table — stepped around the floor of the car, branched, and run out to two pairs of tips. It is laid out flat, tacked square, then welded through before it ever goes near the lift.

  1. 01 Measure Off the car, on the bench.
  2. 02 Cut Tube cut to length on the saw.
  3. 03 Tack Routing set out and held square.
  4. 04 Weld Welded through, then dressed.

Hear it before

Removed and replaced, in one frame

  • A complete fabricated rear section with twin polished ADT-badged silencers laid out beside the two factory silencers it replaces.

    Rear section

Two factory silencers, and the one-piece stainless section built to replace them.

  • The removed factory rear section laid on the floor beside the newly fabricated stainless replacement with black and carbon tips.

    Rear pipework

The sooted original beside the new run, finished with black and carbon tips.

  • A newly fabricated downpipe with flex section beside the removed factory catalytic unit and its sensor loom.

About

One workshop.
One lift.
Everything else
gets made.

ADT Auto Tuning builds exhaust systems in Kosovo. Cars come in on the lift, the old system comes off, and the new one is measured, cut, welded and fitted here — not ordered in a box.

Finished work carries a laser-cut ADT plate. If you have seen one under a car, it came off this bench.

Two-post lift
Everything is fitted and checked in the air.
Welding table
Perforated bench, so sections are built square.
TIG
Every join on the car is TIG welded.
Tube saw
Stainless cut clean and square to length.
